Scott M. Goldberg, Esquire

As lead trial attorney at Petrillo & Goldberg, Mr. Goldberg has successfully tried hundreds of cases in state and federal courts across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Scott M. Goldberg is a senior partner and the lead trial attorney in the personal injury department at Petrillo & Goldberg. Licensed since 1987 in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Mr. Goldberg is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts of New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.

He serves as a court-appointed arbitrator in the Superior Courts of Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester Counties and has participated as a Blue Ribbon panelist for civil actions.

Additionally, he acts as a plaintiff’s arbitrator for numerous law firms in uninsured and underinsured motorist cases and is a member of the Supreme Court’s District IV Fee Arbitration Committee. Mr. Goldberg is active in professional organizations, including the Camden County Bar Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice.

Mr. Goldberg earned his B.A., Cum Laude, from Dickinson College and his J.D. from Rutgers University–Camden. He has lectured on litigation topics before the American Trial Lawyers Association – New Jersey, the Camden County Bar Association, the New Jersey Association for Justice, the National Business Institute, and the American Academy of General Practitioners.

As lead trial attorney at Petrillo & Goldberg, Mr. Goldberg has successfully tried hundreds of cases in state and federal courts across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His verdicts have been featured in several jury review publications. In 2008, he earned the designation of Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by only a small fraction of New Jersey trial lawyers, and he has been recertified continuously since.
